Activities of the Mission in Haiti - The feast of Nativity of the Mother of God

The Mission in Haiti celebrated with a lot of joy the Nativity feast of the Mother of God at the Church of Our Lady of the Nativity located on the road to the airport. The liturgy was celebrated with the priests, deacons, readers and many faithful of different parishes and also many students of the Notre Dame des Petits school. The church celebrated its 23 years and the Notre Dame des Petits school twenty years old. A possession crossed the streets to Notre Dame School where the party continued with clergy, children, relatives and friends. At the end of the day, under the direction of Father Jean, who took advantage of the presence of all the members of the Mission Council and the heads of the schools to discuss together the challenges for the years to come in the schools and the school Mission in general. School operating discipline rules were recalled. We had news for each school, we received the report of expenses of some schools for the return. We also received grievances for each of the school. We talked about the upcoming visit of Bishop Nicolas, father Daniel and other friends who are very important for the Mission. Checks were given to school support to school officials and those to support some faithful for back to school to priests or church leaders.
